This nursing continuing education activity was jointly planned and implemented by LGBT Senior Housing and Care and the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC).

ANAC will provide 4.5 hours of nursing contact hours on completion of this event. ANAC is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

This affirming and welcoming curriculum for LGBTQ+ older adult healthcare and LTC professional service providers provides and in-depth study of the needs, challenges and disparities in care for LGBTQ+ older adults and includes strategies for providing equity in care and services to this growing market.

To earn Nursing CE's participants must complete all 10 units and assessments and achieve and overall score of

80%. Participants are permitted 3 assessment attempts and have one month from registration to complete
