This affirming and welcoming curriculum for LGBTQ+ older adult healthcare and LTC professional service providers provides and in-depth study of the needs, challenges and disparities in care for LGBTQ+ & HIV+ older adults and includes strategies for providing equity in care and services to this growing market.
To be awarded NJS2545 certification and nursing contact hours, participants must complete all 10 units and with post-section assessments, and achieve a score of >80% on each assessment. Participants are permitted 3 assessment attempts and have one month from registration to complete the program.
