401 Executive Directors and Administrators
This 400 level affirming and welcoming curriculum for Executive Directors and Administrators in LGBTQ+ older adult housing, healthcare and professional service providers provides an in-depth study of the needs, challenges and disparities in care for LGBTQ+ older adults, includes strategies for making the case to trustees and CEO's, building buy-in with staff and residents and establishing allies within the community. At the completion of this course your will be versed in providing equity in care and services to this growing market.
The curriculum has been designed expressly for Executive Staff and Administrators. The course includes a certificate of completion which may be applicable for state or regulatory compliance and continuing education units.
The 500 level expanded curriculum is available for additional advanced study in many of the units including an advanced unit (501) for Establishing an Affirming and Welcoming Environment which includes downloadable forms and resources.
Students have 21 days to complete this course after enrollment.
